Since childhood, in southwestern Saskatchewan, I have been fascinated by Canada Geese. Perhaps it is their wile, elusive and sometimes ferocious nature that attracted me. My home town is on a major flyway for the migrating geese and observing and hunting them was an annual event. In my younger years I hunted geese but over the years I lost my desire to hunt with a gun and replaced it with a camera. However my fascination remained. As a result I undertook a project to chronicle the life of a goose during the Canadian summer.
